CC MD -- great schools, neighborhoods, highly community active -- the state and county does a great job on services. But the identity is to Wash, DC. This is a place where you meet the smartest and the brightest, and you realize that one person can make a difference. However, the depth of your social network is often where you work and how much influence you have and the dinner parties you throw.
